So its out for those lucky North Americans. I want to get things going for modding so I will give the first member who uploads a legit mod a special prize. Most likely a sleeping dogs DLC code of their choosing, which will be gifted via steam. There will be many more prizes (DLC Gift's) in the future something like first mod with 1000 downloads etc which I will announce soon.  I Will keep you guys updated with modding breakthroughs as they happen.

So I have created a steam group for us. Join the group for modding discussion and random general chat, while playing press SHIFT + TAB to bring up the steam overlay and join in on the group chatter.
