I have a Logitech F710 and I use Xbox controller drivers with a hacked file. It works way better than the logitech drivers and I don't need an emulator http://forums.logitech.com/t5/PC-Gaming/Wireless-Gamepad-F710-Win7-64-Bit-No-Driver/m-p/633850/highlight/true#M8853

I'm guessing this is for those people that have controllers that are not the official Xbox 360 controller, so that mapping out buttons mimics that of a official Xbox controller.
